Furthermore included in this new image drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various parts of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
